Very good! by PhantomClaws 24. Sept 2009 Swedish Hej, jag har den SFI kurs c-test idag och "stumbled" på din webbplats...det är mycket bra! The format is great, the voice over guy isn't annoying, and the ability to pick your level and subject for the writing test is particularily good. Keep up the good work guys! ..En Engelsman i Sverige 1 Reply 1 new |

Amazing Resource by mordantae 26. Aug 2009 Dutch Absolutely what i was looking for. Spot on. This is exactly the right approach for me to start learning Dutch. As a rather practical learner I feel a great need to hear and repeat the written language as i learn it - gives my brain the right sound clues hidden in the words....and also to be given the challenge of attempting to spell new words just from listening....applying learnt patterns to unknown territory. Very eager to use this site frequently. A large Dank u wel to the creators! |

Pronunciation by ulrike 11. Feb 2009 German Hello, I am currently learning German and have just found a tutor to help me. She is from Frankfurt. The problem I am having is that she pronounces words differently to the way they are said on this website and on my learn-by-yourself CDs. For example the words "ich" "sich" and "euch", she says them more like "ish" (like fish with no 'f'), "zish", and "oysh". Can anyone tell me whether this is typical of German natives?, and I learn pronunciation this way will I be understood?. Yours thankfully, Confused 6 Replies 6 new |
