I hadn't realised until recently that she had died some years ago. As they said of Elvis, "Good career move." No doubt she is earning like 猫王 and my friend Jerry Garcia these days.
Last time I saw the listings, Jerry and Elvis were neck and neck at around $30 million a year -- enough to have somebody come around and put flowers on the grave, I imagine. (In Jerry's case, his Foundation continues to do good work after his death, as he did in his life.)
