希望 明天 是 晴天 。
I hope tomorrow will be clear.
Okay: There is no subject to 希望 .
The time indicator, 明天 , precedes 是, but I thought it is supposed to precede 希望 also?
I would never be able to write this sentence with the correct word order. Are there any rules to follow?
