Just wondered if you dealt with the common expression "to throw one's back out" which is a common occurrence, and you don't have to be old. How do you say it in German?
I know how to say it in Japanese but can't think of ways to say it in German.
It happens when you try to lift something heavy or bend over while x-ray may or may not show any structural damage.
Chronic condition is referred to as lumbago, I think. |
