ฝนกับจักรคุยกันเรื่องงาน
Fon and Jak talk about their jobs.
ฝน: คุณทำงานอะไรคะ?
Fon: What is your occupation?
จักร: ผมเป็นตำรวจครับ
Jak: I'm a police officer.
ฝน: จริงหรือคะ? ต้องน่าตื่นเต้นแน่ ๆ เลย!
Fon: Really? That must be exciting!
จักร: ก็ไม่เสมอไปหรอกครับ งานเอกสารก็เยอะ
Jak: Well, not always. There is a lot of paperwork to do.
ฝน: คุณเป็นตำรวจมานานเท่าไหร่คะ?
Fon: How long have you been a police officer?
จักร: 20 กว่าปีแล้วครับ
Jak: More than 20 years.
ฝน: นานมากเลยนะคะ แล้วงานทำให้คุณเปลี่ยนไปรึเปล่า?
Fon: That's a long time. Has your job changed you personally?
จักร: ครับ ตอนนี้ผมดื่มเหล้าพอประมาณเท่านั้น เพราะผมเห็นชีวิตคนที่ถูกเหล้าทำลายมาเยอะแล้ว
Jak: Yes. I only drink alcohol in moderation now, because I've seen how many people's lives have been destroyed because of it.
ฝน: แย่มากเลยเหรอคะ?
Fon: So bad?
จักร: ครับ แย่จริง ๆ! ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะเหล้าละก็ คุณลดกำลังตำรวจลงไปได้ครึ่งนึงเลยทีเดียว
Jak: Yes, unfortunately! You probably could cut the police force by half if it weren't for alcohol.
ฝน: งั้นฉันสั่งโมฮิโตแบบไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ดีกว่า!
Fon: I guess I'll get the non-alcoholic Mojito then!
จักร: ดีครับ!
Jak: Good decision!
