เฉลิม: ก็งั้น ๆ แหละ นี่ผมเพิ่งจ่ายเงินก้อนโตให้ช่างประปาไปนะเนี่ย!

Chaloem: Oh, so-so. Just had to pay the plumber a fortune!

วรวุฒิ: งั้นเหรอ? ใช่แล้ว ค่างานประปาอาจแพงมากเลย

Worawut: Really? Yes they can be expensive.

เฉลิม: ผมน่าจะไปเป็นช่างประปา จะได้มีเงินเยอะ ๆ แล้วก็ไม่ต้องไปเรียนในมหาวิทยาลัย

Chaloem: I should become a plumber. Then I would earn a lot of money and no need to go to university.

วรวุฒิ: ลุงของผมเป็นช่างประปา ลุงบอกว่างานหนัก

Worawut: My uncle was a plumber and he said it's tough work.

เฉลิม: งั้นหรือ?

Chaloem: Is it?

---

วรวุฒิ: ใช่ ปวดหลังกับเข่านี่เป็นเรื่องธรรมดาเลย

Worawut: Yes, back pain and knee problems are very common.

เฉลิม: เข้าใจแล้ว แล้วเขาเกษียณเพราะเรื่องนี้รึเปล่า?

Chaloem: I see. Is that why he retired?

---

วรวุฒิ: ใช่แล้วล่ะ เขายังไม่ถึง 60 ด้วยซ้ำตอนเกษียณ
