"Good evening, sir, how may I help you?"
"Boa noite. Gostaria de fazer o check in. Fiz uma reserva no nome de 'Johnson'."
"Good evening. I would like to check in. I made a reservation under the name 'Johnson'."
"Certamente, Senhor, vou checar no computador. Ah, encontrei: Sr. Johnson, um quarto simples para duas noites. Está certo?"
"Certainly, sir, I'll check on the computer. Ah, I found it: Mr Johnson, a single room for two nights. Is that right?"
"Sim, está."
"Yes, it is."
"Muito bem, Senhor. O Sr. pode preencher este formulário, por favor?" "É claro, aqui está".
"Very well, sir. Could I just ask you to fill this form, please?" "Of course. Here you are."
"Muito obrigada, Senhor. Aqui está a sua chave. O número do seu quarto é 406, e fica no quarto andar, à esquerda logo que se sai do elevador. O café da manhã é servido entre 6 e 9:30 da manhã. Algo mais em que posso ajudá-lo?"
"Thank you, sir. Here is your key. Your room number is 406, and it is located on the fourth floor, just to your left as you exit the elevator. Breakfast is served between 6 am and 9.30 am. Will there be anything else?"
"Sim. Eu gostaria que vocês ligassem para me acordar às 7:30 da manhã, por favor."
"Yes. I would like a wake-up call at 7.30 am, please."
"Certamente, Senhor. Aproveite a sua estadia."
"Certainly, sir. Enjoy your stay."
