Jack and the bartender
Uma noite Jack entrou em um bar, parecendo estar muito triste.
One night Jack walked into a pub, looking very sad.
Garçom: O que você quer beber hoje?
Bartender: What would you like to drink today?
Jack: Só uma garrafa de cerveja.
Jack: Just a bottle of beer.
Garçom: O que houve? Por que você está tão triste hoje?
Bartender: What's wrong? Why are you so sad today?
Jack: Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma briga e ela disse que não falaria comigo por um mês.
Jack: My wife and I got into a fight, and she said she wouldn't talk to me for a month.
Garçom: Isso é ótimo, não é?
Bartender: That's great, isn't it?
Jack: É! Mas hoje é o último dia do mês!
Jack: Yeah! But today is the last day of the month!
