Walter: Oi Bill! Como vai?
Walter: Hey Bill! How's it going?
Bill: Ah, mais ou menos. Acabei de pagar uma fortuna para o encanador!
Bill: Oh, so-so. Just had to pay the plumber a fortune!
Walter: Mesmo? Sim, às vezes eles cobram caro.
Walter: Really? Yes they can be expensive.
Bill: Eu devia ser virar encanador. Eu ganharia muito dinheiro e nem teria que ir para a faculdade.
Bill: I should become a plumber. Then I would earn a lot of money and no need to go to university.
Walter: O meu tio era encanador e ele diz que o trabalho é duro.
Walter: My uncle was a plumber and he said it's tough work.
Bill: É?
Bill: Is it?
Walter: Sim, é muito comum ter dor nas costas e problemas no joelho.
Walter: Yes, back pain and knee problems are very common.
Bill: Entendo. Foi por isso que ele se aposentou?
Bill: I see. Is that why he retired?
Walter: Sim, foi por isso. Ele não tinha nem 60 anos quando se aposentou.
Walter: Yes, for that reason. He wasn't even 60 when he retired.
