The secret to a long life

Un medico vede un'anziana signora seduta davanti alla sua casa.

A doctor notices an old lady sitting in front of her house.

Allora le si avvicina e le chiede: "Non ho potuto non notare che sembra molto felice! Qual è il suo segreto?"

So he walks up to her and says: "I couldn't help but notice how happy you look! What is your secret?"

"Fumo dieci sigari ogni giorno", risponde.

"I smoke ten cigars a day," she says.

"A parte quello, bevo un'intera bottiglia di whisky ogni giorno, e mangio solo fast food."

"Apart from that, I drink a whole bottle of whisky every day, and eat only fast food."

"E non faccio esercizio fisico."

"And I don't exercise at all."

"È assolutamente incredibile! Quanti anni ha?", chiede il dottore.

"That is absolutely amazing! How old are you?" asks the doctor.

"Quarantadue", risponde la donna.

"Forty-two," she replies.
