The concert
Eric: Hi Albert. Wie geht's?
Eric: Hi Albert. How are you?
Albert: Super. Ich war gerade mit meiner Frau auf einem Konzert.
Albert: Great. I've just been to a concert with my wife.
Eric: Wessen Konzert?
Eric: Whose concert?
Albert: Laura Cantrell. Eine Country Sängerin.
Albert: Laura Cantrell. A country singer.
Eric: Country? Ich dachte du magst Heavy Metal?
Eric: Country? I thought you like heavy metal?
Albert: Oh, in letzter Zeit gehe ich nicht mehr auf Heavy Metal Konzerte. Die sind immer so brutal laut. Meine Ohren halten das nicht mehr aus.
Albert: Oh, these days I don't go to heavy metal concerts anymore. They are so insanely loud. My ears can't take that anymore.
Eric: Haha, ja du hast Recht. Ich war einmal auf einem W.A.S.P. Konzert und zwei Tage später haben meine Ohren immer noch gedröhnt!
Eric: Haha, yes you are right. I went to a W.A.S.P. concert once and two days later my ears were still ringing!
Albert: Genau. Das gleiche Problem mit Discos. Ich habe immer noch Tinnitus von einem Besuch vor 15 Jahren.
Albert: Exactly. Same problem with nightclubs. I still have tinnitus from a visit 15 years ago.
Eric: Also kann der Tinnitus dauerhaft bleiben?
Eric: So the tinnitus can become permanent?
Albert: Ja, insbesondere wenn man zu spät zum Arzt geht wie ich. Normalerweise sollte man zum Arzt gehen, wenn das Geräusch nach 3 Tagen noch nicht verschwunden ist.
Albert: Yes, especially if you go to the doctor too late like me. Normally you should go to the doctor if the ear ringing doesn't disappear after 3 days!
