"Guten Morgen. Kann ich Ihnen helfen?"
"Good morning. Can I help you?"
"Guten Morgen. Ich möchte ein Bankkonto eröffnen."
"Good morning. I would like to open an account at your bank."
"Was für eine Art Bankkonto möchten Sie eröffnen?"
"What kind of account would you like to open?"
"Ein Sparkonto. Ich habe Ihre Anzeige in der Zeitung gesehen, hinsichtlich der speziellen Preise für Neukunden. Könnten Sie mir das genauer erklären?"
"I would like to open a savings account. I saw your advertisement in the newspaper concerning special rates for new customers. Could you explain them to me?"
"Selbstverständlich. Wir bieten neuen Kunden einen Zinssatz von 5 Prozent an, und es fallen keine Gebühren für Banküberweisungen an."
"Certainly. We offer new customers a 5 percent per year interest rate, and no fees are applied to the bank transactions."
"Verstehe. Das hört sich gut an. Was muss ich genau tun um das Konto zu eröffnen?"
"I see. That sounds great. What exactly do I have to do in order to open the account?"
"Sie müssen Ihren Pass mitbringen, und dieses Formular ausfüllen."
"You need to bring your passport and fill in this form."
"Alles klar. Ich werde später noch mal vorbeikommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe."
"I see. I'll come back later. Thank you for your help."
"Gern geschehen. Schönen Tag noch."
"You're welcome. Have a pleasant day."
