Carl : Salut, Helen. Comment ça va ?
Carl: Hi Helen. How are things?
Helen : Pas bien. Je vis toujours chez Elaine et son chat a des puces.
Helen: Not good. I'm still living in Elaine's house and her cat has fleas.
Cark : Berk, c'est tellement dégoûtant.
Carl: Yuck, so disgusting.
Helen : Oui, j'ai des morsures de puces partout sur les pieds.
Helen: Yes, I have flea bites all over my feet.
Carl : C'est pour cela que je n'ai pas d'animaux. Ils ne sont qu'une source d'ennuis.
Carl: That's why I don't have pets. They are just trouble.
Helen : Exactement. De toute façon, je veux bientôt déménager. Je ne supporte plus ce chat. Est-ce que tes amis ont une chambre à louer ?
Helen: Exactly. Anyway I want to move out soon. I can't stand the cat anymore. Do any of your friends have a room for rent?
Carl : Je vais demander à Becky. Elle connaît beaucoup de monde.
Carl: I'll ask Becky. She knows a lot of people.
Helen : Merci.
Helen: Thanks.
Carl : Je t'en prie.
Carl: You are welcome.
