More snow
C'est une année désastreuse pour les fermiers.
It is a disastrous year for the farmers.
La neige tombe sans arrêt jusqu'à ce que le gouvernement soit obligé d'intervenir pour aider la population.
The snow falls and falls until the government has to step in and help.
"Ce doit être terrible," dit un membre du gouvernement à un fermier. "Toute cette neige."
"It must be terrible," says the government official to a farmer. "All that snow."
"Ça aurait pu être pire. Mon voisin a plus de neige que moi," répond calmement le fermier.
"Could have been worse. My neighbor had more snow than I," answered the farmer calmly.
"Comment ça ?", demande le membre du gouvernement.
"How come?" asks the government official.
"Il a plus de terres que moi," réplique le fermier.
"He has more land than me," replied the farmer.
