Emelie: Hi, darling. How are you?

Robert : Oh, pas bien. J'ai perdu un plombage pendant que je mangeais une pizza.

Robert: Oh, not good. A filling fell out while I was eating a pizza.

Emelie : Mon Dieu !

Emelie: Oh dear!

Robert : J'ai d'abord cru qu'il y avait quelque chose de bizarre dans ma pizza, alors je me suis plaint auprès de la serveuse.

Robert: First I thought there was something strange in my pizza, so I complained to the waitress.

Emelie : C'est gênant !

Emelie: Embarrassing!

---

Robert : Oui, je me suis senti bête quand j'ai réalisé le problème.

Robert: Yes, I felt like an idiot when I realised where the problem was.

Emelie : J'imagine !

Emelie: I can imagine that!

Robert : Je dois tout de suite prendre rendez-vous avec le docteur Gupta.

Robert: I'll have to make an appointment with doctor Gupta immediately.

Emelie : Et si tu allais chez mon dentiste ? Il est bien plus près !

Emelie: Why don't you go to my dentist? He is much closer!

Robert : Je suis toujours allé chez le docteur Gupta !

Robert: I've always been with Doctor Gupta!

Emelie : C'est drôle qu'on garde tous son ancien dentiste, peu importe où on déménage !

Emelie: Funny everybody always keeps their old dentist, no matter where you move!
