A smart dog
Un homme rend visite à un ami et il est surpris de le trouver en train de jouer aux échecs avec son chien.
A man went to visit a friend and was amazed to find him playing chess with his dog.
Il regarde avec étonnement le jeu pendant un moment.
He watched the game in astonishment for a while.
"Je n'en crois pas mes yeux !" s'exclame-t-il. "C'est le chien le plus intelligent que j'aie jamais vu."
"I can hardly believe my eyes!" he exclaimed. "That's the smartest dog I've ever seen."
"Non, il n'est pas si intelligent," répond son ami. "Je le bats trois fois sur cinq."
"Nah, he's not so smart," the friend replied. "I've beaten him three games out of five."
