A philosophical question
Stan : Salut, Judy. Où vas-tu ?
Stan: Hi Judy. Where you going?
Judy : Je vais à l'église, comme tous les dimanches.
Judy: I'm going to church, like every Sunday.
Stan : Oh, oui. Dis, j'ai une question philosophique pour toi.
Stan: Oh right. Hey, I've got a philosophical question for you.
Judy : Oh, vraiment ? Je t'écoute.
Judy: Oh really? Let me hear.
Stan : Dieu sait tout et est tout puissant, n'est-ce pas ?
Stan: God is all-knowing and all-powerful, right?
Judy : Oui, bien entendu !
Judy: Yes, of course!
Stan : Alors pourquoi ton Dieu a-t-il laissé mourir ma femme alors qu'elle n'avait que 52 ans ?
Stan: So why did your God let my wife die when she was only 52?
Judy : Je ne sais pas, Stan. Tu ne l'as pas encore digéré ?
Judy: I don't know, Stan. You haven't got over it yet?
Stan : Non. Je ne crois pas que je me remettrai de sa mort.
Stan: Yes. I don't think I'll ever get over her death.
Judy : C'est si triste. J'aimerais pouvoir faire quelque chose pour toi. Prends soin de toi, Stan !
Judy: So sad. I wish I could do something for you. Take care, Stan!
