Arzt: Wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?
Patient: Recently I'm having problems with my stomach. I'm having a lot of acid in my stomach and need to burp a lot.
Patient: In letzter Zeit habe ich Magenprobleme. Ich habe viel Säure in meinem Magen und muss oft aufstoßen.
Doctor: Have you been under stress recently?
Arzt: Leiden Sie in letzter Zeit unter Stress?
Patient: No, not really.
Arzt: Nein. Eigentlich nicht.
Doctor: Do you drink a lot of juices?
Arzt: Trinken Sie oft Säfte?
Patient: Yes I do.
Patient: Ja, das stimmt.
Doctor: OK, better not drink too many juices. I'm also prescribing you a medicine for your stomach acid.
Arzt: Okay. Es ist besser wenn Sie nicht so oft Säfte trinken. Ich verschreibe Ihnen auch eine Medizin gegen Magensäure.
Patient: I've done some research on the Internet. Apparently there are bacteria called "Helicobacter pylori" which can cause these symptoms.
Patient: Ich habe ein paar Nachforschungen im Internet angestellt. Anscheinend gibt es Bakterien namens "Helicobacter pylori", welche diese Symptome hervorrufen können.
Doctor: Yes. We will do a blood test to find out. If that is the case you will have to take antibiotics. You might also want to try a gluten-free diet.
Arzt: Ja. Wir werden einen Bluttest machen um dies herauszufinden. In diesem Fall müssen Sie Antibiotika nehmen. Sie könnten auch versuchen sich glutenfrei zu ernähren.
Patient: OK. I will try to do that. Thanks.
Patient: Okay. Ich werde das versuchen. Danke.
