Claudia: Hi Frank. Back from your holiday trip?
Claudia: Hallo Frank. Zurück von deiner Urlaubsreise?
Frank: Yes, I am.
Frank: Ja bin ich.
Claudia: Did you like Thailand?
Claudia: Hat dir Thailand gefallen?
Frank: Not Thailand. I've been to Cambodia.
Frank: Nicht Thailand. Ich war in Kambodscha.
Claudia: Really? That's an unusual country to visit.
Claudia: Wirklich? Das ist ein ungewöhnliches Land zu besuchen.
Frank: Yes, I wanted to try something new. I've already been to Thailand a couple of times.
Frank: Ja ich wollte etwas Neues ausprobieren. Ich war bereits ein paar Mal in Thailand.
Claudia: So how was it?
Claudia: Und wie war es?
Frank: Interesting. I've seen Angkor Wat. We've also been to a small village, where people stared at us like we were from another planet.
Frank: Interessant. Ich habe mir Angkor Wat angeschaut. Wir waren auch in einem kleinen Dorf, wo die Leute uns angestarrt haben, also ob wir von einem anderen Planeten kommen würden.
Claudia: I guess they don't see foreigners very often.
Claudia: Ich schätze die sehen nicht oft Ausländer.
Frank: Yes, maybe we were the first foreigners there.
Frank: Ja, vielleicht waren wir die ersten Ausländer dort.
