"Hallo. Ich muss in die Leopoldstrasse, bitte."

"To the hospital?"

"Zum Krankenhaus?"

"Yes, it is. I am going to visit my mother-in-law. She fell down some stairs and broke her hip."

"Ja, genau. Ich besuche meine Schwiegermutter. Sie ist die Treppe heruntergefallen und hat sich die Hüfte gebrochen."

"Oh, that doesn't sound good at all. It is nice of you to go and see her."

"Oh, dass hört sich gar nicht gut an. Es ist sehr nett von Ihnen sie zu besuchen."

"My mother-in-law is a very nice. I like her very much."

"Meine Schwiegermutter ist sehr nett. Ich mag sie sehr!"

"I wish my mother-in-law was like that. She isn't very friendly towards me."

"Ich wünschte meine Schwiegermutter wäre auch nett. Sie ist nicht sehr freundlich zu mir."

"That's a shame. Why do you think that is?"

"Das ist sehr schade. Warum glauben Sie, ist das so?"

"I don't know. I am always nice to her. Maybe she just does not like taxi drivers."

"Ich weiss nicht. Ich bin immer nett zu ihr. Vielleicht mag sie keine Taxifahrer."

"That is possible. Many people dislike taxi drivers."

"Das ist möglich. Viele Leute mögen Taxifahrer nicht."
