Monchai: Oh, it was great. The history lesson was very interesting.

Phen: Really? What did you learn?
มนต์ชัย: เราเรียนเรื่อง "เพลิงไหม้ครั้งใหญ่ในลอนดอน" ที่ทำลายลอนดอนไป 4 ใน 5 ส่วน ในปี 1666
Monchai: We learned about the "Great Fire of London". It destroyed four fifths of London in 1666.
เพ็ญ: แย่จังเลย!
Phen: That's horrible!
มนต์ชัย: ที่จริงแล้วมันช่วยชีวิตผู้คนไว้มากกว่าที่คร่าชีวิตไปนะ
Monchai: It actually saved more people's lives that it killed.
เพ็ญ: เป็นไปได้ยังไง?
Phen: How is that possible?
มนต์ชัย: ก็ไฟฆ่าหนูที่เป็นตัวนำโรคระบาดไปมากเลยนะสิ จำนวนผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากโรคระบาดลดลงอย่างรวดเร็วหลังเหตุเพลิงไหม้ครั้งนั้น
Monchai: The fire killed a lot of rats which helped to transmit the plague. Plague victims dropped rapidly after the fire.

Phen: That's interesting. You learn a lot in school!
