The new class
วันหนึ่ง ครูทักทายนักเรียนในชั้นเรียนใหม่
One day a teacher was greeting his new class.
เขายืนหน้าห้องแล้วถามนักเรียนว่ามีใครในชั้นเรียนนี้โง่บ้างไหม ถ้ามี ให้ยืนขึ้น
He stood up in front of the class and asked if anyone in the class was an idiot, and if they were, they should stand.
สักครู่หนึ่ง ชายหนุ่มคนหนึ่งก็ยืนขึ้น
After a minute a young man stood up.
ครูถามนักเรียนคนนั้นว่าเขาคิดว่าเขาโง่จริงหรือ
The professor then asked the kid if he actually thought he was an idiot.
เด็กหนุ่มตอบว่า "เปล่าครับ ผมแค่ไม่อยากเห็นครูยืนอยู่คนเดียว"
The kid replied: "No, I just didn't want to see you standing there all by yourself"
