อัญชลี: ฉันหิวแล้วล่ะ เราจะกินอะไรก่อนดูหนังกันดี?

Anchalee: I'm getting hungry now. Where should we eat before the movie?

คมกฤช: อาหารอิตาเลียนไหม?

Komkrit: How about Italian?

---

อัญชลี: หรืออาหารญี่ปุ่นดี?

Anchalee: Or maybe Japanese?

---

คมกฤช: ปลาดิบหรือ? ไม่มีทาง ฟังดูไม่ปลอดภัยเลยสำหรับผม

Komkrit: Raw fish? No way. That doesn't sound safe to me.

---

อัญชลี: ไม่ต้องห่วงน่า ฉันไม่เคยมีปัญหาเลย

Anchalee: Don't worry. I never had problems.

---

คมกฤช: แต่เขาฆ่าเชื้อโรคกันยังไงโดยไม่ปรุงให้สุกน่ะ?

Komkrit: But how do they kill the germs without cooking?

---

อัญชลี: พวกเขาใช้วิธีแช่แข็งปลา 2-3 วัน ลองดมกลิ่นดูก็ได้ว่าปลายังสดหรือเปล่า

Anchalee: They deep-freeze the fish for a couple of days. You can also tell from the smell if the fish is okay.

คมกฤช: น่าสนใจนะ คุณรู้ได้ยังไง?

Komkrit: Interesting. How do you know that?

---

อัญชลี: ฉันเคยทำงานที่ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น 2 ปี

Anchalee: I worked at a Japanese restaurant for 2 years.

คมกฤช: ตกลง ไปกันเลย!

Komkrit: All right. Let's go!
