ปรีชา: ค่าเช่าเดือนละเท่าไหร่ครับ?
Preecha: How much is it per month?
เจ้าของที่: เดือนละ 9,000 บาท ครับ
Landlord: 9,000 Baht per month.
ปรีชา: ห่างจากรถไฟใต้ดินเท่าไหร่ครับ?
Preecha: How far is it to the underground?
เจ้าของที่: ใกล้มากครับ เดินแค่ 5 นาที
Landlord: It's very close. Only 5 minutes on foot.
ปรีชา: ดีเลย ขอดูห้องได้ไหมครับ?
Preecha: Oh, that's good. Can we arrange a viewing?
เจ้าของที่: ได้เลยครับ วันนี้ตอนบ่าย
Landlord: Yes, today in the afternoon.
