The scam
ฤทธิ์: หวัดดี ณัฐวุฒิ เป็นไงมั่ง?
Rit: Hi Natthawut, how is it going?
ณัฐวุฒิ: ก็ไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่
Natthawut: Oh, not so good.
ฤทธิ์: เกิดอะไรขึ้นเหรอ?
Rit: What happened?
ณัฐวุฒิ: ผมกลับจากเที่ยววันหยุดเมื่อ 2-3 วันที่แล้ว และเพิ่งรู้ตัวว่าโดนต้มตุ๋นนะสิ
Natthawut: Oh, I've come back from holiday a few days ago and now I've realized that I've been scammed.
ฤทธิ์: เสียใจด้วยนะ แล้วมันเกิดขึ้นได้ยังไงล่ะ?
Rit: Oh sorry to hear that. How did that happen?
ณัฐวุฒิ: ผมไปพักที่โรงแรมเล็ก ๆ พวกเขาถ่ายเอกสารใบขับขี่ของผมไป แล้วก็มาขอเลขที่ประกันสังคมของผม ตอนนั้นผมเหนื่อยและก็โง่พอที่จะให้พวกเขาไป
Natthawut: Well, in a small hotel they made a photocopy of my driver's license. Afterwards they asked me for my social security number. I was tired and stupid enough to give it to them.
ฤทธิ์: โอ้ไม่นะ พวกสวมรอยบุคคลใช่มั้ย?
Rit: Oh no, an identity theft?
ณัฐวุฒิ: ใช่ ตอนนี้ผมได้รู้แล้ว ผมยกเลิกบัตรเครดิตที่ไม่ได้ใช้ทั้งหมดแล้วล่ะ
Natthawut: Yes.. well now I've learned from that. I've cancelled all my unused credit cards as well.
ฤทธิ์: เป็นความคิดที่ดีนะ!
Rit: That's probably a good idea!
