A Big Decision

En sexårig pojke gick fram till sin pappa en dag och berättade: -Pappa, jag vill gifta mig.

A six-year-old boy walked up to his father one day and announced, -Daddy, I'd like to get married.

Hans pappa svarade tveksamt: -Javisst, min pojke, är det någon särskild du tänker på?

His father replied hesitantly, -Sure, son, do you have anyone special in mind?

-Ja, svarade pojken. Jag vill gifta mig med farmor.

-Yes, answered the boy. I want to marry Grandma.

-Vänta lite nu, sade pappan. Du tror väl inte att jag tänker låta dig gifta dig med min mamma?

-Now, wait a minute, said his father. You don't think I'd let you get married with my mother, do you?

-Varför inte? frågade pojken. Du gifte dig med min.

-Why not?, the boy asked. You married mine.
