The split-up

"Tydligen har Lucy och Jack separerat officiellt."

"Apparently Lucy and Jack have officially split up."
"Vad säger du!? Jag trodde att Jack friade till henne."

"What!? I thought Jack proposed to her."
"Ja, men Jacks föräldrar är emot det."

"Yes, but Jack's parents are against it."
"Hur kommer det sig?"

"How come?"
"Jag förmodar att de inte gillar henne."

"I guess they don't like her."
"Så synd! Flyttade de inte ihop för bara en månad sedan?"

"Pity! Didn't they move in together just 1 month ago?"
"Ja, och de har skrivit på ett hyreskontrakt för ett halvår."

"Yes and they've signed a lease for 6 months."
"Jaha, då antar jag att de måste bo ihop i fem månader till!"

"Oh, well I guess they have to live together for another 5 months then!"
"Ja, det kommer att bli en besvärlig tid!"

"Yes, that's going to be an awkward time!"
