En läkare lade märke till en gammal dam som satt framför sitt hus.
A doctor noticed an old lady sitting in front of her house.
Han gick fram till henne och sa: "Jag kunde inte annat än att lägga märke till hur lycklig du ser ut! Vad är hemligheten?"
He walked up to her and said: "I couldn't help but notice how happy you look! What is your secret?"
"Jag röker tio cigarrer om dagen", sa hon.
"I smoke ten cigars a day," she said.
"Förutom det dricker jag en hel flaska whiskey varje dag, och äter bara snabbmat."
"Apart from that, I drink a whole bottle of whisky every day, and eat only fast food."
"Och jag motionerar inte alls."
"And I don't exercise at all."
"Det är helt fantastiskt! Hur gammal är du?" frågade doktorn.
"That is absolutely amazing! How old are you?" asked the doctor.
"Fyrtiotvå", svarade hon.
"Forty-two," she replied.
