Violent computer games

Marido: "¿John dijo que no le dejabas jugar a los videojuegos?"

Husband: John said you won't let him play computer games?
Mujer: "Eso no es verdad. Simplemente, no quiero que juegue a videojuegos violentos."

Wife: That's not true. I just don't want him to play those violent computer games.
Marido: "¿De qué juego estás hablando?"

Husband: What game are you talking about?
Mujer: "Creo que se llama "Call of Duty"."

Wife: I think it's called "Call of Duty".
Marido: "Ya veo. Cuando era pequeño, también jugué demasiado."

Husband: I see. Then again I played a lot too when I was young.
Mujer: "Pero los juegos de ahora son mucho más realistas."

Wife: But games these days are much more realistic!
Marido: "Es verdad. Pero no tiene sentido prohibirle que lo haga. Simplemente irá a casa de Walter y jugará allí."

Husband: That's quite true. But there is no point in forbidding him to do that. He only goes to Walter and plays there.
Mujer: "Entonces, ¿qué deberíamos hacer?"

Wife: So what should we do then?
Marido: "Le diré que solo puede jugar una hora al día, siempre y cuando saque buenas notas en el colegio."

Husband: I'll tell him he can only play one hour per day and only as long as he gets good grades in school.
Mujer: "¡Buena idea!"

Wife: Good idea!
