At the football match

"¿Has visto ese gol, Patrick?"

"Did you see that goal, Patrick?"
"Sí, ha sido un gran disparo. Drogba es muy buen delantero".

"Yes, it was a great shot. Drogba is a very good striker."
"Eso es verdad. El portero no ha podido hacer nada, salvo mirar el balón volando por encima de él".

"That's true. The goalkeeper couldn't do anything about it, except watch the ball fly past him."
"Me da pena por el portero. Ya es la tercera vez en veinte minutos. Me pregunto cuántos goles encajará hoy".

"I feel sorry for that goalkeeper. That's the third time in twenty minutes. I wonder how many goals he will concede today."
"Sí, está teniendo un mal día. ¡Y todavía no ha acabado!"

"Yes, he's having a miserable day. And it's not over yet!"
"Me pregunto si Drogba se quedará en el club al final de la temporada. Dicen que no se lleva bien con el entrenador".

"I wonder if Drogba will stay at the club at the end of the season. They say he doesn't get on well with the manager."
"¡Ningún jugador se lleva bien con él! Creo que el entrenador se irá, y Drogba se quedará por lo menos un año más".

"None of the players get on well with him! I think the manager will leave, and Drogba will stay on at least another year."
"Eso espero. Le necesitamos ahí fuera en el campo".

"I hope so. We need him out there on the pitch."
"¿Te apetece una caña después del partido? Yo invito".

"How about a pint after the game? I'm buying."
"¡Qué idea más buena!"

"What a good idea!"
