Rick: ¡Hola, Bill! ¿qué tal?

Rick: Hi Bill, how is it going?

Bill: No muy bien.

Bill: Oh, not so good.

Rick: ¿Qué ha pasado?

Rick: What happened?

Bill: Volví de vacaciones hace unos días y ahora me he dado cuenta de que me han estafado.

Bill: Oh, I've come back from holiday a few days ago and now I've realized that I've been scammed.

Rick: Siento oír eso. ¿Cómo ha ocurrido?

Rick: Oh sorry to hear that. How did that happen?

Bill: Bueno, en un hotel pequeño hicieron una fotocopia de mi permiso de conducir. Después, me pidieron mi número de seguridad social. Estaba cansado y fui lo bastante estúpido como para dárselo.

Bill: Well, in a small hotel they made a photocopy of my driver's license. Afterwards they asked me for my social security number. I was tired and stupid enough to give it to them.

Rick: Oh, no, ¿un robo de identidad?

Rick: Oh no, an identity theft?

Bill: Sí, bueno, ahora he aprendido. También he cancelado todas las tarjetas de crédito que no utilizo.

Bill: Yes.. well now I've learned from that. I've cancelled all my unused credit cards as well.

Rick: ¡Probablemente sea una buena idea!
