Dos personas, que no se conocían de antes, empezaron a hablar en una fiesta.
Two people who haven't met before start chatting at a party.
Shaun: Hola. Creo que no nos habíamos conocido antes. ¿Eres amigo de Mike?
Shaun: Hi there. I believe we haven't met before. Are you a friend of Mike?
Anna: No, nunca nos habíamos conocido. Sí, soy uno de los amigos de Mike.
Anna: No, we haven't met before. Yes, I'm one of Mike's friends.
Shaun: ¿Cómo le conociste?
Shaun: How do you know him?
Anna: Le conocí en Albania, mientras trabajaba allí como voluntaria.
Anna: I met him in Albania, while I was doing volunteer work there.
Shaun: ¿En serio? ¿Cuánto tiempo estuviste allí?
Shaun: Really? How long were you there?
Anna: Sobre 1 año.
Anna: About 1 year.
Shaun: ¿Te gustó trabajar allí?
Shaun: Did you enjoy your work there?
Anna: Sí, fue muy interesante. La gente era muy simpática y el país es precioso. Por otra parte, había muchos apagones y otros problemas. Debo decir que no es un país muy moderno.
Anna: Yes, it was very interesting. People are so friendly and the country is beautiful. On the other hand there were a lot of power cuts and other problems. It isn't a very modern country I must say.
Shaun: Supongo que es un experiencia que no olvidarás mientras vivas.
Shaun: I guess it's an experience you won't forget as long as you live.
