The funeral

Nina: Hello, Peter. I've heard your grandmother passed away.

Peter: Hello, Nina. Yes that's true.

Nina: My condolences! When was the funeral?

Peter: It was on Monday.

Nina: I see. I hate funerals, but at least you see some relatives again.

Peter: Yes, there were a lot of people. Many of them I didn't even know.

Nina: How was the service?

Peter: You know the usual. There was a funny moment though. Suddenly, in the middle of the service, someone's cell phone started ringing with the "Mission Impossible" theme. The whole thing was so funny that I almost laughed out loud.

Nina: That person must have been embarrassed!

Peter: Yeah, he quickly left the church and didn't come back as far as I know.

Nina: I think that this happens all the time.

Peter: I can imagine.
