"Мамочка, мамочка, мне можно покататься на большом колесе?"
"Mummy, Mummy, can I ride the big wheel?"
"Ой, я не знаю, дорогой, ты слишком маленький для этого. Ты не думаешь, что ты испугаешься на пути вверх?"
"Oh I don't know, darling, you're a little young for that. Don't you think you'll get scared on the way up?"
"Я никогда ничего не боюсь, мамочка."
"I never get scared, Mummy."
"Неужели? А как насчёт прошлой ночи, когда тебе приснился кошмарный сон? Ты сказал, что боишься, и что тебе надо спать в моей кровати."
"Really? What about last night, when you had a nightmare? You said that you were scared, and that you had to sleep in my bed."
"Это совсем другое дело. В моём сне были чудовища. Очень страшные чудовища."
"That was different. There were monsters in my dream. Very scary monsters."
"Понятно. Ну, если ты действительно очень хочешь покататься на большом колесе, то тебе придётся обещать, что ты будешь весь день хорошо вести себя."
"I see. Well, if you really want to go on the big wheel, then you have to promise to be a good boy for the rest of the day."
"Хорошо, мамочка, обещаю."
"OK Mummy, I promise."
"Ну тогда ладно. Пойдём купим два билета. И не забудь про своё обещание."
"All right then. Let's go buy two tickets. And don't forget your promise."
"Нет, не забуду. Я люблю тебя, мамочка."
"I won't. I love you, Mummy."
"Я тоже люблю тебя, дорогой."
"I love you too, darling."
"Мамочка, мамочка, мне можно покататься на большом колесе?"
"Mummy, Mummy, can I ride the big wheel?"
"Ой, я не знаю, дорогой, ты слишком маленький для этого. Ты не думаешь, что ты испугаешься на пути вверх?"
