Пётр: "Привет. Кажется, мы раньше не встречались. Вы - подруга Марии?"

Peter: Hi there. I believe we haven't met before. Are you a friend of Maria?

Анна: "Нет, мы не встречались раньше. Да, я - одна из подруг Марии."

Anna: No, we haven't met before. Yes, I'm one of Maria's friends.

Пётр: "Откуда Вы её знаете?"

Peter: How do you know her?

---

Анна: "Я встретила её в Албании, когда работала там волонтёром."

Anna: I met her in Albania, while I was working as a volunteer there.

Пётр: "Неужели? Как долго Вы были там?"

Peter: Really? How long were you there?

---

Анна: "Около года."

Anna: About 1 year.

---

Пётр: "Вам понравилось там работать?"

Peter: Did you enjoy your work there?

---

Анна: "Да, было очень интересно. Люди такие дружелюбные, и страна красивая. С другой стороны, там много отключений электроэнергии и других проблем. Я должна сказать. что это не очень современная страна."

Anna: Yes, it was very interesting. People are so friendly and the country is beautiful. On the other hand there were a lot of power cuts and other problems. It isn't a very modern country I must say.

Пётр: "Наверное, это такой опыт, который Вы будете помнить до конца своей жизни."

Pater: I guess it's an experience you won't forget as long as you live.
