Walter: 안녕 Samantha!

Walter: Hi Samantha!

Samantha: 안녕 Walter! 우리 휴가 가 있는 동안 무슨 일 있었는 줄 알아? 우리 아파트에 도둑이 들었어!

Samantha: Hi Walter! You won't believe what happened while we were on vacation. They broke into our flat!

Walter: 어 정말? 어떻게 들어간 거야?

Walter: Oh really? How did they manage that?

Samantha: 테라스 문으로 들어왔어. 우리가 없는 동안 우리 집 화분에 물 주러 오셨던 이모가 발견하고 경찰에 신고했어. 우리 보석을 훔쳐갔어.

Samantha: They came through the terrace door. My auntie who watered my plants while we were away found out and called the police. They stole our jewelry.

Walter: 웬일이니! 보험 들어 놨지?

Walter: Oh my god! Are you insured?

Samantha: 응! 지금 없어진 물건들 목록 작성해야 돼.

Samantha: Yes! Now I need to make a list of the stolen goods.

Walter: 몇 주 전에는 그 사람들이 우리 옆집 아파트를 털었어. 그런데 값어치 있는 게 없어서 그냥 맥주랑 케이크만 훔쳐 먹고 갔대. 그리고 계란이랑 소금, 후추도 훔쳐갔대.

Walter: A few weeks ago they broke into my neighbour's flat. They didn't find anything of value so they just drank their beer and ate their cake. And then stole some eggs, salt and pepper.

Samantha: 하하, 진짜 한심하다. 이 사람들 도대체 누구야?

Samantha: Haha, that's pathetic. Who are these people?

Walter: 모르겠어! 정말 가난한 게 아니면 그냥 미친 거겠지.

Walter: No idea! Either they are desperate or just plain crazy.
