Hannah: Oh, what happened?

Marina: 우리 아버지가 나랑 캐나다에 안 가신대.

Marina: My father refuses to come to Canada with me.

Hannah: 아이고. 왜?

Hannah: Oh dear. Why?

Marina: 아직 준비가 안 되셨대. 그런데 아버지는 혼자 지내시기 힘드셔.

Marina: He says he isn't ready yet. But he is hardly able to take care of himself.

Hannah: 아버지 연세가 어떻게 되시지?

Hannah: How old is he?

---

Marina: 여든 여섯이셔.

Marina: 86 years.

---

Hannah: 러시아에 있는 요양원에는 못 가시나?

Hannah: Can't he go to a nursing home in Russia?

---

Marina: 러시아에는 그런 데가 없어.

Marina: No such place in Russia.

---

Hannah: 그럼 이제 어떻게 할 거야?

Hannah: So what are you going to do now?

---

Marina: 다시 러시아에 가야 될지도 모르겠어.

Marina: I might have to go back to Russia.

---

Hannah: 너희 남편이 싫어하겠다!

Hannah: Your husband won't like that!

---

Marina: 나도 싫어! 난 캐나다에서 사는 게 좋아!

Marina: Neither do I! I prefer to live in Canada!
