"안녕하세요. 어떻게 도와 드릴까요?"

"Good morning sir. How can I help you?"

"안녕하세요. 이 은행에 계좌를 개설하고 싶은데요."

"Good morning. I would like to open an account at your bank."

"그러세요. 어떤 계좌를 개설하고 싶으세요?"

"Very well, sir. What kind of account would you like to open?"

---

"저축 예금을 개설하고 싶어요. 신문 광고를 보니까 새로운 고객에게는 특별한 이율이 있다고 하던데. 그 것 좀 설명해 주시겠어요?"

"I would like to open a savings account. I saw your advertisement in the newspaper concerning special rates for new customers. Could you explain them to me?"

"네, 그럼요. 저희가 새로운 고객분들에게는 년 5 퍼센트의 이율을 제공하고 있고요 이 계좌에 관한 은행 거래에는 어떠한 수수료도 부과되지 않습니다."

"Certainly, sir. We offer new customers a 5 percent per year interest rate, and no fees are applied to any of the bank transactions related to the account."

"아. 좋네요. 그럼 계좌를 개설하려면 어떤 서류가 필요하죠?

"I see. That sounds like a good deal. And what type of documentation do I need to provide you with in order to open the account?"

"신분증이랑 거주 증명서가 필요하세요. 그리고 이 신청서만 작성해 주시면 돼요."

"We will need personal identification, and proof of residence. We also ask that you complete this form."

"그래요, 그럼 이따 오후에 이 신청서랑 서류 가지고 올게요. 감사합니다."

"Very well, I shall come back this afternoon with the form and the documents. Thank you very much for your help."

"아닙니다. 좋은 하루 되세요."

"You're welcome, sir. Have a pleasant day."
