A doctor's visit
Ricardo: 안녕하세요. 오늘 진료 예약 좀 할 수 있을까요?
Ricardo: Hello. Could I make an appointment with the doctor today?
접수원: 이름이 어떻게 되세요?
Receptionist: What is your name?
Ricardo: Ricardo González 요.
Ricardo: My name is Ricardo González.
접수원: 무슨 문제로 전화하셨어요?
Receptionist: In regard to what health issue are you calling?
Ricardo: 소변을 볼 때 아파서요.
Ricardo: There is some pain when I pass water.
접수원: 네, 그럼 오후 5시 35분에 오세요.
Receptionist: OK, please come at 5.35pm.
(Ricardo가 병원에 도착한다.)
(Ricardo arrives at the doctor's office.)
Ricardo: 안녕하세요, Ricardo 이름으로 5시 35분에 예약했는데요.
Ricardo: Hello, my name is Ricardo. I've an appointment at 5.35pm.
접수원: 네, 이름 곧 부르실 거예요.
Receptionist: OK, she will call your name soon.
(Ricardo 가 10분을 기다린 후에 진료실로 들어간다.)
(Ricardo waits 10 minutes and is called to the doctor's office.)
의사: 앉으세요. 어떻게 오셨지요?
Doctor: Please sit down. How can I help you?
Ricardo: 3일 전에 열이 좀 있고 소변 보는 게 좀 아팠어요. 금방 나을 줄 알았는데 어제는 사타구니 부분이 너무 아파서 잠을 못 잤어요.
Ricardo: Three days ago I had a bit of fever and passing water was painful. I thought it would get better but yesterday I couldn't sleep because of the pain in my groin area.
의사: 소변에 피가 보이나요?
Doctor: Is there blood in the urine?
Ricardo: 아니요.
Ricardo: No there isn't.
의사: 요로 감염증인 것 같아요. 트리메소프림이라는 항생제를 처방해 드릴게요. 하루에 두번씩 일주일 동안 드세요.
Doctor: It seems you have an urinary tract infection. I'll prescribe you this antibiotic called Trimethoprim. Take it twice a day for one week.
Ricardo: 알겠습니다!
Ricardo: All right!
의사: 일주일 되기 전에 나아진 것 같아도 꼭 다 드셔야 돼요.
Doctor: Make sure to keep taking it for a full week, even if you feel better before that.
Ricardo: 네. 감사합니다 선생님. 안녕히 계세요.
Ricardo: Ok. Thank you doctor. Bye.
의사: 안녕히 가세요.
Doctor: Goodbye.
