The red scarf
「のぶくん、私の赤いマフラー、見かけた？」
"Nobu-kun, have you seen my red scarf?"
「いいや、見なかったよ。」
"No, I haven't seen it."
「失くしてないといいんだけど。あれ、お気に入りなのよ。」
"I hope I did not lose it. It is my favourite."
「今日、身に着けてた？」
"Were you wearing it today?"
「うん、スーパーに行ったときには着けてたわ。でも、外したのを覚えてないの。」
"Yes, I had it on when I went to the supermarket. But I don't remember taking it off."
「たぶんきみのかばんに入れたんじゃない？」
"Maybe you put it in your bag."
「その通りだわ。ほら。ありがとう、のぶくん。」
"You are right. Here it is. Thank you, Nobu-kun."
「どういたしまして。」
"You're welcome."
