"Buonasera. Vorrei fare il check in. Ho prenotato a nome 'Johnson'."
"Good evening. I would like to check in. I made a reservation under the name 'Johnson'."
"Certamente, signore, mi lasci controllare sul computer. Ah, eccoci: signor Jonhson, una camera singola per due notti. Giusto?
"Certainly, sir, let me check on the computer. Ah, here we are: Mr. Johnson, a single room for two nights. Is that correct?"
"Sì."
"Yes, it is."
"Molto bene, signore. Posso chiederle di compilare questo modulo, per favore?" "Certo. Ecco."
"Very well, sir. Could I just ask you to fill this form, please?" "Of course. Here you are."
"Grazie, signore. Ecco la sua chiave. La sua stanza è la 406 e si trova al quarto piano, subito sulla sinistra appena esce dall'ascensore. La colazione è servita tra le 6 e le 9.30 di mattina. C'è altro?"
"Thank you, sir. Here is your key. Your room number is 406, and it is located on the fourth floor, just to your left as you exit the elevator. Breakfast is served between 6 am and 9.30 am. Will there be anything else?"
"Sì. Vorrei la sveglia alle 7.30, per favore."
"Yes. I would like a wake-up call at 7.30 am, please."
"Certamente, signore. Buona permanenza."
"Certainly, sir. Enjoy your stay."
"Grazie e buonanotte."
