Jackie va a trovare i suoi genitori.
Jackie visits her parents.
Jackie: Ciao, mamma! Come stai?
Jackie: Hi Mom! How are you?
Madre di Jackie: Sto bene, a parte il mal di schiena.
Jackie's mother: I'm OK. Apart from my back pain.
Jackie: Come sta il papà? Si gode la pensione?
Jackie: How is Dad? Enjoying his retirement?
Madre di Jackie: Sta bene. Da quando ha scoperto che ci sono molti video di cucina su YouTube, sperimenta nuove ricette in continuazione.
Jackie's mother: He's fine. Since he's found out that there are many cooking videos on YouTube he's been trying out recipes all the time.
Jackie: Penso che sia fantastico!
Jackie: I think it's great!
Madre di Jackie: Beh... dipende. A volte i suoi piatti sono quasi immangiabili!
Jackie's mother: Well... depends. Sometimes his dishes are hardly edible!
Jackie: Ah, ah. È in cucina adesso?
Jackie: Haha. Is he in the kitchen now?
Madre di Jackie: Sì.
Jackie's mother: Yes.
Jackie va in cucina.
Jackie goes into the kitchen.
Jackie: Ciao, papà.
Jackie: Hi Dad!
Padre di Jackie: Ciao cara!
Jackie's father: Hi darling!
Jackie: Cosa stai cucinando?
Jackie: What are you cooking?
Padre di Jackie: Un piatto italiano che si chiama "Calzone".
Jackie's dad: An Italian dish called "Calzone".
Jackie: Cos'è?
Jackie: What is that?
Padre di Jackie: Praticamente una pizza piegata.
Jackie's father: Basically a folded pizza.
Jackie: Capisco.
Jackie: I see.
Padre di Jackie: Puoi preparare tavola, per favore?
Jackie's father: Can you set the table please?
Jackie prepara tavola e poi mangia con i suoi genitori.
Jackie sets the table and afterwards eats together with her parents.
