Daniel: Ciao Roberta! Sei tornata dalla tua gita a Londra?
Daniel: Hi Roberta! Back from your trip to London?
Roberta: Sì, già martedì scorso.
Roberta: Yes, already last Tuesday.
Daniel: Oh, credevo che volessi rimanere a Londra fino a venerdì.
Daniel: Oh, I thought you wanted to stay in London until Friday.
Roberta: Sì, ma Londra è così cara e il tempo non era molto bello.
Roberta: Yes, but London is so expensive and the weather wasn't very nice.
Daniel: Allora non ti è piaciuta?
Daniel: So you didn't like it?
No, era tutto bellissimo. Sono stata al concerto di Kylie Minogue.
No, it was all great. I went to Kylie Minogue's concert.
Daniel: Sono andato a Londra l'anno scorso con la mia ragazza. Siamo stati in molti musei interessanti. La cosa più bella è che i musei sono tutti gratis.
Daniel: I went to London last year with my girlfriend. We've been to a few interesting museums. The cool thing is that the museums are all free.
Roberta: Davvero?
Roberta: Really?
Daniel: Sì, e ci sono molti musei a Londra. L'unica cosa che non mi era piaciuta era che la metropolitana era sempre affollata.
Daniel: Yes, and there are plenty of museums in London. The only thing I didn't like was that the underground was so crammed.
Roberta: Sì, durante l'ora di punta può essere davvero terribile. Ma non è niente rispetto al Giappone! L'ora di punta è folle lì!
Roberta: Yes during rush hour it can be quite bad. But it's nothing compared to Japan! Rush hour is insane there!
