It hurts everywhere

A woman went to her doctor complaining of pain.
"Dove le fa male?", chiese il dottore.

"Where are you hurting?" asked the doctor.
"Mi fa male dappertutto", rispose la donna.

"I hurt all over," said the woman.
"Dappertutto?", chiese il dottore.

"All over?" asked the doctor.

The woman touched her left knee with her index finger and yelled, "Ouch, that hurts."

Then she touched her nose and again yelled, "Ouch! That hurts, too."

Then she touched her left earlobe and screamed: "Ouch!"

The doctor examined her for a few minutes and then said to her: "Your index finger is broken."
