Alcuno

Non c'è alcun problema / There's no problem —> adj.

Alcuni ti amano, altri ti detestano / Some love you, others hate you —> pron.

Altro

Te lo dirò un'altra volta / I'll tell you another time —> adj.

Desidera altro, signore? / Do you need anything else, sir? —> pron.

Certi lo capiscono, altri no / Some understand it, others don't —> pron.

Certo

C'è un certo Giovanni per te / There's a certain Giovanni on the phone —> adj.

Non sopporto certi discorsi / I can't stand such speeches —> adj.

Certi sono d'accordo, altri no / Some agree, others don't —A pron.

Ciascuno

Anna ha dato un bacio a ciascun allievo / Anna gave each pupil a kiss —> adj.

Ciascuno ha le proprie opinioni / Everyone has their views —> pron.

Diverso

Non intendo sposarti per diverse ragioni / I don't want to marry you for a number of reasons —> adj.

Me l'hanno detto in diversi / Several people told me that —> pron.

Molto

Ho letto molti libri / I've read many books—> adj.

Hai ancora molto da imparare / You still have a lot to learn —> pron.

Nessuno

Non c'è nessuna ragione per rifiutare / There's no reason to say no —> adj.

Nessuno è perfetto / Nobody's perfect —> pron.

Parecchio

Ho visto Anna parecchie volte / I met Anna a good many times —> adj.

Ti ho aspettato parecchio / I've been waiting for you for ages —> pron.

Poco

Un uomo di poche parole / A man of few words —> adj.

Pochi sanno cosa significa / Not many people know what that means —> pron.

Tale

Un tale Giovanni ti ha cercata oggi / A certain Giovanni searched for you today —> adj.

Sull'aereo ho incontrato un tale di Milano / On the plane I met a guy from Milan —> pron.

Taluno

Taluni scrittori non amano parlare in pubblico / Some writers don't like to speak in public —> adj.

Taluni non parlano che di politica / Some people just talk about Politics —> pron.

Tanto

Ho conosciuto tante persone / I've met many people —> adj.

Troppo

C'è troppa gente lì dentro / There are too many people in there—> adj.

Non vorrei spendere troppo / I'd rather not spend (too) much —> pron.

Tutto

Tu non conosci tutta la storia / You don't know the whole story —> adj.

Grazie a tutti / Thank you all —> pron.

Vario

È passato a trovarci varie volte / He called by several times —> adj.

Vari mi hanno detto che è stato un bello spettacolo / Several people told me that it has been a nice show —> pron.
