"Hi Peter! How are you?"
"Super. Bin gerade zurück aus Griechenland."
"Great. Just back from Greece."
"Wie war es?"
"How was it?"
"Mir hat es gefallen. Die Leute sind sehr nett!"
"I loved it. The people are very nice!"
"Das kann ich mir gut vorstellen! Wie war das Essen?"
"I can very well imagine that! How was the food?"
"Das Essen? Oh, die Griechen essen viel Fleisch!"
"The food? Oh, the Greeks eat a lot of meat!"
"Das ist natürlich blöd als Vegetarier!"
"That's obviously a pain for a vegetarian!"
"Ja, das war nicht einfach für mich! Als ich nach vegetarischen Gerichten gefragt habe, boten sie mir Truthahn an."
"Yes, that wasn't easy for me! When I asked for vegetarian dishes they offered me turkey."
"Truthahn? Das ist doch auch Fleisch!"
"Turkey? But that's meat as well!"
"Natürlich! Das war wohl griechischer Humor."
"Of course! I guess that was Greek humour."
