Ich war von Montag bis heute im Krankenhaus um mir die Gallensteine entfernen zu lassen.

I've been in the hospital from Monday until today to have my gallstones removed.

Nach vielen Untersuchungen mit und ohne Narkose haben sie festgestellt, dass keine Gallensteine vorhanden sind.

After many examinations with and without anaesthesia they found out that there are no gallstones after all.

Die Aufnahme hat keine Gallensteine gezeigt, sondern nur ein harmloses Knötchen.

The scans didn't show gallstones but just some harmless nodules.

Du kannst dir vorstellen wie wütend ich war.

You can imagine how angry I was.

So viele Schmerzen für nichts und wieder nichts!

So much pain and all in vain!
