Scared of cakes
Ein paar Freunde unterhalten sich darüber, wovor sie am meisten Angst haben.
A few friends are talking about what they are most scared of.
Einer sagt: "Schlangen", ein anderer sagt: "Spinnen", und so weiter.
One says: "Snakes," another one says: "Spiders," and so on.
Schließlich sagt Jack er habe Angst vor Kuchen.
Finally Jack says he's scared of cakes.
Am nächsten Tag beschliessen seine Freunde ihm einen Streich zu spielen.
The next day his friends decide to play a practical joke on him.
Sie kaufen viele Kuchen und schliessen ihn damit in einem Raum ein.
They buy lots of cakes and lock him in a room with them.
Nach einer Weile öffnen sie die Tür und sehen, dass er alle Kuchen gegessen hat.
After a while they open the door and see that he has eaten all the cakes.
Ein Freund ruft: "Du Lügner! Ich dachte du hast Angst vor Kuchen! Sag uns die Wahrheit! Wovor hast du wirklich Angst?"
One friend shouts: "You liar! I thought you were afraid of cakes! Tell us the truth! What are you really afraid of?"
Er denkt eine Weile nach und sagt: "Ehrlich gesagt habe ich wirklich Angst vor einer Tasse Tee!"
He thinks for a while and says: "To be honest I'm really scared of a cup of tea!"
