Jack: Hi Mike. Wie geht's? Wohnst du wieder hier?
Jack: Hi Mike. How are you? Did you move back?
Mike: Nein, ich lebe immer noch in Berlin.
Mike: No, still living in Berlin.
Jack: Wirst du für immer dort leben?
Jack: So you will settle down there for good?
Mike: Scheint fast so. Ich habe jetzt eine deutsche Freundin. Ausserdem ist Berlin toll!
Mike: Looks like yes. I've got a German girlfriend now. Also Berlin is great!
Jack: Wirklich?
Jack: Really?
Mike: Ja, dort ist alles sehr billig.
Mike: Yes, everything is so cheap there.
Jack: Du meinst das Bier?
Jack: You mean the beer?
Mike: Ja, haha. Die Mieten sind auch viel günstiger.
Mike: Yes, haha. Also the rent is much cheaper.
Jack: Nicht schlecht.
Jack: That's great.
Mike: Es ist auch sehr einfach mit dem Fahrrad herumzufahren und es gibt sehr viele Parks.
Mike: It's also easy to get around by bike and there are plenty of parks.
Jack: Irgendwelche Nachteile?
Jack: Any downsides?
Mike: Oh, im Winter wird es sehr kalt!
Mike: Oh, it gets quite cold in winter!
Jack: Ach so, dann werde ich dich im Sommer besuchen!
Jack: Right, I will visit you in summer then!
Mike: Du bist jederzeit willkommen!
Mike: You are welcome anytime!
Jack: Toll! Ich muss jetzt gehen. Tschüss!
Jack: Great! I've got to go now. Bye!
