Ehefrau: Was schaust du da?
Wife: What are you watching?
Ehemann: Ich schaue einen alten Film.
Husband: I'm watching a movie.
Ehefrau: Klar, das kann ich ja sehen! Wie heisst der Film?
Wife: Of course, I can see that! What is the name of the movie?
Ehemann: "Falling Down" mit Michael Douglas.
Husband: "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas.
Ehefrau: Ach der. Damals wurde der Film für die extreme Gewalt kritisiert.
Wife: Oh, that one. It was criticized at the time for being extremely violent.
Ehemann: Oh, eigentlich ist der gar nicht so gewalttätig im Vergleich zu heutigen Filmen.
Husband: Oh, it's actually not too violent compared to today's films.
Ehefrau: Die Zeiten haben sich wohl geändert.
Wife: Times have changed I guess.
Ehemann: In der Tat.
Husband: Indeed.
